Purpose of Information Collection

You may choose to provide us with information such as your name, home or business address and e-mail address. For example you may choose to purchase a product directly from our Northern Districts Cricket Association website, subscribe to our newsletter, or you can request specific information on products or games. We make every effort to accurately and honestly present products and information to our customers. If you have noticed any unintended misinformation or errors we apologise and would invite you to bring them to our attention.

We can`t guarantee however that the view you see of them may not always be accurate due to differences in the equipment you may be viewing items on. Purchasing

The Northern Districts Cricket Association website sells merchandise, memberships, tickets and associated products related to the Northern District Knights domestic cricket team.

Payment Options

Payments can be made via the DPS Secure Credit Card facility. Products displayed on this site can be purchased using online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility through a secure connection. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. Should this occur with any item you have ordered we will contact you prior to despatch. From time to time we may have Gifts with Purchase or Special Pricing that are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel or amend these without notice. If this situation arises we will contact you prior to delivery to discuss the options which can include a refund.

Order confirmation and invoices are automatically delivered via email and records of previous transactions are available from the website once securely logged in as a customer.

Invoice Confirmation

Upon successful payment an invoice is automatically generated and sent to the email address you have entered as part of the purchasing process.

Delivery

Northern Districts Cricket Association offer delivery New Zealand wide. Sorry we are unable to offer delivery internationally but we are able to take orders from overseas for delivery to a NZ address.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Northern Districts Cricket Association to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.

Delivery in metropolitan areas in the North and South Island is set at a flat $10 charge. Rural deliveries cost an extra $5.

Delivery of oversize or weight or to addresses other than within the North or South Islands may incur additional delivery costs that are not included in the delivery price shown in the website shopping cart but you will be contacted by Northern Districts Cricket Association prior to dispatching the order should this be the case. If you do not agree to the additional fees you will have the option to cancel your order and any payment already made will be refunded once cleared by our bank.

Returns Policy

Where your order has arrived and is damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item by either phone or email. Any item damaged in transit we will replace or credit. Replacements will be subject to stock availability and if there are any delays we will keep you informed. If any delays become unacceptable you may choose to receive a credit instead. If you decide to return your item/s please ensure that they are returned in their original, unused condition including the original packaging that is suitable for resale. The return needs to get to us within 7 days of your advice to us by either email or phone that you intend to return it.

Risk

The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
